ChemSynth

ChemSynth is a reaction database comprising essential information on over 104,000 chemical reactions, obtained as a subset of the ChemReact file. The reactions have been selected considering only those whose yield is greater than 50%, those that have been mentioned in leading journals in the field of organic chemistry more than once, and those that are represented by at least two examples in ChemReact.

ChemSynth is a comprehensive methodology database for organic reactions encompassing a wide range of different and applied synthetic methods.
