ICEDIT

ICEDIT is the new chemical structure- and reaction-editing tool developed at InfoChem following customer-specific requirements.
Features such as:

make ICEDIT an ideal tool to create queries for searching structure and reaction databases.

How does it work?

ICEDIT enables the representation of chemical structures and reactions in a very intuitive way, using the symbols tipically used for sketches on paper.
ICEDIT may be licensed as a Java applet. In this case, it is downloaded on the fly, without having to be installed on the user's computer.
As a drawing application for Windows it enables users to store and retrieve ISIS/sketches, and Mol and RXN files (MDL®) created using ISIS/Draw or ChemDraw. Template support and enhanced features such as atom-atom mapping (ICMAP) or reaction classification (CLASSIFY) are provided with this structure and reaction editor.
